Our McAllen facility includes comfortable boarding suites and a supervised day care play area. Every space is kept clean and calm so your dog can relax from check-in to pickup — ask us for a tour when you book.

Both are by appointment only. Book online in minutes or give us a call — we'll confirm your dog's spot and go over drop-off details.
Dogs must be current on vaccinations and in good health before their stay. Bring vaccination records to your first visit, and keep flea and tick prevention up to date.
Bring your dog's food, any medications, and vaccination records. A familiar blanket or toy is welcome too — anything that helps your pup feel at home.
Pickup windows follow our boarding hours: Tuesday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM XLG breed guests have an earlier pickup window — before 11:30 AM the following day
Yes — pet taxi pickup and drop-off is available as an add-on when you book. Add taxi during booking or ask us, and we'll arrange pickup and drop-off for your visit.
Yes — many guests go home fresh from the spa. Add a groom or bath & brush when you book, or ask us at drop-off and we'll do our best to fit it in.
