How customers opt in to SMS from Lucky Dog Spa.
Lucky Dog Spa, LLC sends SMS related to your account and visits, including login verification codes, appointment confirmations, reminders, schedule updates, payment notices, and service communications.
New accounts are created at luckydog-spa.com/signup. You enter your phone number, review the consent language below, and check the box before requesting a verification code. Completing phone verification creates your account and records your SMS consent.

Message frequency varies; typically 1–10 messages per appointment visit. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.
Promotional messages require a separate optional checkbox during account creation and are never bundled with transactional consent.
Returning customers sign in at luckydog-spa.com/login with a phone number or email already on file. Sign-in does not collect SMS consent and does not create new accounts.
